Ripack: A Year Shaped by Connections, Commitment, and the Circular Economy

The year coming to an end has been particularly intense for Ripack. More than ever, our teams have been out in the field, close to industry professionals, to connect, learn, showcase our solutions, and support our partners. Driven by the desire to move forward together, this momentum has been the guiding thread of a year marked by key commercial, human, and responsible highlights.

Throughout the year, Ripack multiplied international meetings and events. Major must-attend trade shows set the pace of our agenda, including Pack Expo and FACHPACK. At every stop, the objective remained the same: to meet our customers, partners, and distributors, understand their real needs, and share our expertise. These events were an opportunity not only to present our shrink-wrapping solutions, but also to collect concrete and valuable feedback. These direct exchanges, sometimes brief, but always insightful, help us continuously improve our products, anticipate market expectations, and strengthen the relationship of trust that connects Ripack with its users across many regions. We would like to warmly thank everyone who took the time to meet our teams: every conversation matters and fuels our commitment.

But a successful year cannot be measured only in miles traveled or trade shows visited. Internally as well, Ripack experienced great moments. Our company seminar brought teams together around our projects, our vision, and our shared ambitions. This time of exchange allowed us to get to know each other better, strengthen our bonds, and step back to reflect on the meaning behind our actions. Together, we refined our vision, reinforced our priorities, and moved forward in the same direction with essential collective energy. Because behind a brand, there are above all committed women and men who work every day to deliver reliable, high-performing solutions aligned with real field needs.

This human dimension was also reflected in our involvement in Pink October. This year, we wanted to combine team cohesion and solidarity by turning our employees’ steps into donations. A simple yet meaningful initiative that enabled us to support the Bergonié Foundation, which works every day in the fight against cancer. Supporting this cause while bringing teams together around a shared project fully embodies our values: acting together and giving concrete impact to our commitment.

Finally, one of the year’s major highlights was the launch of Ripacycle, our new service dedicated to recycling and refurbishing shrink-wrapping guns. With Ripacycle, Ripack takes another step forward in its circular economy approach. The goal is clear: extend the lifespan of equipment, give devices a second life, reduce waste, and lower environmental impact, without compromising performance. This program lies at the heart of our commitment to offering solutions that are durable and responsible, aligned with today’s challenges and the expectations of professionals. Ripacycle is also a way to strengthen our relationship with users by providing a concrete, simple, and effective solution to better manage end-of-life equipment.

We are also proud to see the growing involvement of our distributors. Present, responsive, and committed, they have met customer demands and our own expectations, with energy, by relaying our values and supporting field needs as closely as possible. Some have joined the Ripacycle journey, becoming active contributors to the program and supporting us in this new project. This mobilization confirms the importance of our network and the strength of our collaboration.

Beyond Ripack, this year also enabled us to continue moving forward across all five of our brands: Ripack, Ripagreen, Ripack Supplies, Ripamark, and Ripacycle. From our facilities near Bordeaux, France, we pursued one constant objective: to satisfy our customers while striving, at every step, for the most responsible and human approach possible.
