A Ripack shrink-wrapping station, like any other workstation, is optimized when tidiness is made easy. Thanks to its automatic hose retraction system, you will no longer leave your Ripack shrink gun or gas hose lying around. With our 15m gas hose reel winder, you minimize the risks of tripping over the hose or stepping on it, thus reducing workplace accidents.
In some countries, insurance companies require a secure system for storing gas hoses. The Ripack gas hose reel winder is therefore the ideal tool to organize and secure your shrink-wrapping station within your company.
Once installed in your packaging area, the 180° swivel wall mount makes it easy to move around freely. Pre-equipped with a 15m-long gas hose, the Ripack hose reel winder supports your shrink-wrapping operations without restricting your mobility.
A ratchet mechanism locks the hose at the desired length to ensure smooth shrinking operations. With 15 meters of reach, you can shrink multiple pallets without having to move them, giving you great freedom of movement and a wide working radius. A simple pull on the hose triggers the winding mechanism, making equipment storage quick and easy.
Its steel drum and reinforced gas hose ensure the safety and durability required by professionals.
The gas hose reel winder is an alternative to the Ripack bottle trolley and also facilitates movement around the goods to be wrapped. It is ideal when you have a dedicated pallet packaging area.
You can also combine our gas hose reel winder with a trolley to obtain our 932+ bottle trolley model. This solution is perfect if your pallets to be shrink-wrapped are spread across your warehouse.
