Shrink-wrap has the advantage of solving both problems at the same time. It keeps the load on the pallet and its protective film prevents any damage from occurring during transportation. For goods that are not considered fragile, this simple “skin” will protect the load.
For more technical products, with fragile paints or varnishes, the film can incorporate a non-woven material inside and thus make film/support rubbing no longer a problem. This type of film is used for transporting military vehicles, planes and boat hulls.
