Moving your loads is sometimes necessary in the case of unstable loads. With the Ripack bottle trolley, you can easily move your shrink station.
In some factories, the loads to be shrunk are not always in the same place, which is also one of the advantages of this totally mobile solution.
The design of the trolleys provides a secure hold and the mast assists you in handling and protecting the hose. With the guide at the top of the mast and the safety lock, the hose is not pinched and there is no risk of tension on the regulator. The new trolleys have been designed to be a real workstation. That’s why they are equipped with a storage bag, making it easy to carry your tools. The 936+ trolleys are also equipped with a shelf and a magnet.
The 932 and 392+ carts have been developed to support bottles up to 47kg. Their design allows for maximum ergonomics of the mobile workstation. The 932+ cart is also equipped with a 15m hose reel, making it a complete packaging station.
Extremely practical for being able to move your gas bottle around effortlessly, the trolley also helps to improve safety in the workplace. Being able to move gas bottles around in your warehouse is recommended by your insurer.
The gas hose of your Ripack shrink gun is also protected from any potential damage with a flexible or articulated hose guide depending on the model selected as well as a hose blocker to prevent stress on the regulator.
Severals hooks are provided on the trolleys, including a shrinkgun hook to prevent this one from being dragged along the floor and stepped on or rolled over. All the tools you need on your retraction station are securely in place.
