RIPACYCLE: The new Ripack® service to give your shrink guns a second life

At Ripack®, innovation goes beyond the performance of our shrink guns. We are also committed to taking full responsibility for our environmental impact by offering our customers sustainable, tangible solutions. With this in mind, we are launching RIPACYCLE®, a unique program for the collection, reconditioning, and recycling of our equipment.

A responsible solution for the end-of-life of Ripack® shrink guns

Ripack® has always designed and assembled its shrink guns with a strong focus on quality and repairability. However, the question of their end-of-life has remained a major challenge. Who better than Ripack® itself to dismantle, inspect, and repurpose its own products?

This is how RIPACYCLE® was born – an initiative led by the Groupe SEFMAT, seen as a natural extension of our CSR commitments.
With RIPACYCLE®, we offer our users a simple and efficient solution to extend the lifecycle of their equipment and reduce their environmental footprint.

How does the RIPACYCLE® program work ?

When a shrink gun reaches the end of its life, the user can :

• Send it free of charge to the SEFMAT – Ripack® workshop in France, using a collection service available throughout the Eurozone.
• Choose between two options :
  • Receive a €100 voucher towards the purchase of a new Ripack® shrink gun.
  • Or have this amount donated by us to an environmental protection organization we partner with.

Each collected shrink gun is carefully dismantled by our technical teams.

• Components still in good condition are reused under strict reconditioning processes.
• The others are recycled via certified recycling partners.

This structured process ensures both the reliability of reconditioned products and full traceability at every stage.

Reconditioned Ripack® shrink guns now available

Thanks to RIPACYCLE®, we now offer a range of reconditioned Ripack® shrink guns for sale on our website Ripacycle  – tested, inspected, and classified into three quality grades (A, B, and C).

This offer includes both current models (Ripack® 3000, 2500, 2100) and older models such as the 2000 and 2200, which are no longer available as new.
A responsible alternative that allows our customers to access reliable equipment at a lower cost, while contributing to waste reduction.
