With the Multicover 955 manual film sealer, Ripack® gives you the ability to manufacture your own shrink covers.
The heat generated by your shrink gun, combined with the design of the Multicover 955 manual shrink film sealer, produces a strong and reliable seal that is perfectly suited for protecting your goods. It is the ideal solution when you do not have access to an electrical outlet to operate the Multicover 960 electric film sealer.
The sealing head of the Multicover 955 manual film sealer functions like a clamp. Once the film is inserted between the two parts, you simply lower the upper section to hold the film in place.
A dedicated platform allows you to easily seal the film using your shrink gun and a heat-resistant glove, which is essential for safe operation. To further secure the film during use, a brake system holds the unused shrink film rolls in place.

Simple and easy to use, the new Multicover 955 manual film sealer can accommodate two rolls of shrink film, each up to 1.40 meters wide. After sealing your shrink film, you can make a clean and precise cut thanks to the integrated cutting rail. Your cutter will glide smoothly along the slot, ensuring a straight and accurate cut.
Measuring your shrink film is just as easy, thanks to the notch positioned in front of the cutting rail, which allows you to hold a measuring tape in place. This feature makes it possible to unroll the film with one hand while pulling it with the other over long lengths. Additionally, engraved markings on the top of the sealing head help you center your film and ensure it unrolls evenly and parallel.
There’s no longer any need to store covers of different lengths or cut shrink film sleeves under poor conditions on unsuitable surfaces. This manual shrink film sealer is designed to meet your expectations with efficiency and convenience.
Mounted on casters, it remains within reach and easy to move. For added safety, the Multicover 955 manual sealer’s wheels are equipped with brakes, keeping it stable and secure during use.
Whether you’re working with shrink film, shrink covers, or shrink sleeves (including flat or gusseted sleeves), the Multicover 955 manual film sealer is the professional solution for all your packaging needs.
You can produce your own shrink covers or sleeves based on the dimensions of the products to be wrapped. The shrink film used can have various properties: UV-resistant, fire-retardant, opaque, or translucent, as long as it is made of polyethylene film.
The sealing head of the Multicover 955 is removable, giving you two tools in one. Once detached, it becomes the Multicover 935 dispenser, which can hold up to 4 rolls of shrink film, each 1.3 to 2 meters wide.
