It is particularly well-suited for operations such as surface flaming of plastics, film shrinking, pre-painting heating or drying of parts, deburring, or even food-processing uses like poultry de-feathering.

A flexible and customizable

The strength of the Ripaflam automated flaming system lies in its ability to adapt easily to all production environments. It can be installed on a fixed frame, a robotic arm, or an automated conveyor line. The various components of the kit can be arranged according to the customer’s technical and spatial constraints.
Ripaflam integrates seamlessly with robotic arms or automated cells, enabling full automation of the flaming cycle without disrupting the production flow.

A complete ready-to-use solution

The automated flaming system is operated via an intelligent electric control box that manages ignition, the opening and closing of the solenoid valve, and ensures secure flame detection. The start and stop of the cycle occur automatically, making the entire process simple to control and highly reliable.
Ripaflam can be powered by natural gas or LPG (from a bottle or bulk tank), with adjustable output based on the application’s requirements.

Each Ripaflam automated flaming system is delivered as a turnkey solution, including all necessary components:
• 1 SECURIPACK gas regulator (1.5–3.5 bar)
• 1 eight-meter hose with crimped fitting
• 1 connection hose
• 1 open-end wrench
• 1 solenoid valve
• 1 control unit
• 1 detailed instruction manual
