Good shrinking starts with good shrink-wrapping. The Calpack accessory helps you by creating a space under the pallet for the excess shrink wrap. During shrinking, the film passes under the pallet, ensuring complete coverage and better protection of the load.

The bi-oriented shrinking quality of our films means that the load can be grouped horizontally and supported vertically on the pallet. Your goods are thus well secured without the need for strapping. This quality is optimised when the film passes underneath the pallet and encloses the entire load when retracted.
This method enables the load to be secured to the pallet, guaranteeing its stability during long journeys or frequent handling. Frequent movements and long journeys can cause goods to become unbalanced and damaged. However, with the Calpack pallet lifter, the load stays firmly in place, considerably reducing the risk of it falling or tipping over.
The quality and optimum result of your pallet shrinkage also depend on the Ripack® accessories you use. Ripack® accessories are designed to work in synergy with the Calpack, offering a complete solution for packaging your pallets. Good shrink wrapping is not just about applying the film, but also about using the right tools for each stage of the process.
The Calpack can be used to raise a pallet placed on it by a pallet truck or forklift truck by 5 centimetres. This slight rise is crucial to allow the shrink film to pass under the four corners of the pallet, ensuring better securing and increased stability. This feature is particularly useful for transport operations, where loads are often subjected to jolts and sudden movements.
Its dimensions are specifically calculated to fit 800×1200 mm pallets, or 1000×1200 mm pallets (40?x40? or 40?x48?). This adaptability allows the Calpack to be used with a wide range of pallets, making its use flexible and versatile.
The Calpack pallet lifter is easy to handle thanks to two ergonomically designed grips, reducing the physical effort required to use it and improving the efficiency of the shrink-wrapping process.
The Calpack is not only functional but also practical. It is lightweight and foldable, making it easy to move and store without taking up valuable warehouse space. This portability is a major advantage for warehouses where storage space is often limited and equipment mobility is essential to optimise operations.
The Calpack’s epoxy paint and rubber coating provides high durability and resistance to shrink heat and warehouse conditions such as humidity, dust and impact. This coating also protects the Calpack from wear and tear, prolonging its life and ensuring a profitable investment.
With dimensions of 1060 x 910 x 40 mm and a weight of 7.30 kg, the Calpack is designed to be robust yet light enough for easy handling.
